1. Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy, valid from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in original condition

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Have original tags attached

  • Be returned in original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused.


2. How to Request a Return

  • Photos (if applicable)

If approved, we will send:

  • Return instructions

  • Return address

  • Return label (if applicable)

 Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

  • Missing

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation at:

Include photos and details for prompt resolution.


4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom/personalized items

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable goods

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale / clearance items


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive another item:

  1. Complete a return

  2. Place a new order


6. European Union – Right of Withdrawal

For EU deliveries, customers have the legal right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery.

Items must not show signs of excessive use beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functioning.


7. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return:

  • Approved refunds issued to the original payment method only

  • Processing time: up to 10 business days

Banks/payment providers may require additional time.

If 15 business days have passed after approval, contact us.


8. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • Item is defective

  • Item is damaged

  • Wrong item sent

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.


9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once shipped, the return policy applies.
